Scoraig is renowned for the inventiveness of its inhabitants. There are all sorts of inventions and designs that have been created to help make life easier. Generally they follow the principle of working with whatever raw materials are available from a cursory trawl of scrap yards or cannabalised from defunct machinery and making the product to suit the demand. More recently, designs have got more industrially oriented.
